CoreITIndia India is fast paced Digital Business vertical of Royaltrix Private Limited. It believes in assisting its customers to the greatest extent feasible, and hence offers a flexible cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Only cancellations made within 12 hours after placing an order will be considered. If the orders have been conveyed to the vendors/merchants/execution team and they have begun the process of shipping/working on them, the cancellation request will not be considered.

Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.

For products/services received by the (Company Name) marketing team on special occasions/events/deals such as month-end offers, discount promotions, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and so on, no cancellations would be accepted. Because these are limited-edition occasions/event offers/schemes, cancellations are not allowed.

Even if the cancellation is made within 12 hours, money already paid will not be refunded. Within 90 days, the money can be applied to a future order.

CoreITIndia will not be held liable for any service deficiencies caused by third parties such as hosting, server, photos, content writing, and so on. Any efforts CoreITIndia makes in coordinating/liaising with them must be reimbursed at the company’s usual rate.

If you believe the goods, you received is not as described on the website or meets your expectations, you must notify our customer care within 24 hours of receiving it. After investigating your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate conclusion.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, CoreITIndia does not give a money-back guarantee when you purchase our products/services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving it. After investigating your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate conclusion.

In the case of SEO services, the payment plan is set up such that the customer can pay for the following month’s work after assessing the previous month’s work. Because of the nature of the business, no SEO firm, including CoreITIndia, can guarantee rankings, traffic, or sales. You agree that you are pleased with the services provided thus far by making the next payment/paying for a new project.

The return policy for the Guaranteed Moneyback SEO plan is different, and a separate agreement will be required to qualify for Moneyback. The MoneyBack SEO Page lists the essential terms and conditions for these Guaranteed MoneyBack SEO plans.

If a user chooses to pay for Digital Marketing services on a monthly basis, the user must offer 30 days’ notice before cancelling any Digital Marketing services.

By using any of the company’s services, the user(s) automatically agrees to all of the company’s terms and conditions.
